Why Should I Take A Vitamin Supplement?
If your diet is consistently “ideal” or “optimal” (which most aren’t)  a vitamin supplement may not be essential. But recent research shows that many people may benefit from supplementing their diet with a multivitamin and/or other vitamin supplements.
