The countdown to the holidays has begun!
In about 30days I will receive an enormous influx of emails from patients asking me the following questions:
1. How can I lose my holiday weight?
2. How can I detox what I’ve eaten?
3.What’s the best way to get back on track with my health?
While most people are thinking about what holiday foods they’ll be eating and taking it easy for the holidays..I want to keep you one step ahead of the health problems that lie ahead of you in 2012.
